The DLL On Demand UX/UI redesign aimed to establish a consistent and cohesive user experience across DLL’s various web portals and mobile applications. The project focused on applying new brand guidelines, including updated colors, logos, and typography, to ensure visual and functional uniformity. By creating a scalable design system and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the redesign improved usability, streamlined navigation, and reinforced DLL’s brand identity, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
Duration: Ongoing..
DLL’s software ecosystem consisted of multiple web portals and mobile applications, each with varying UI designs, inconsistent branding, and fragmented user experiences. The lack of a unified design approach made it challenging for users to transition seamlessly between different products. With the introduction of new brand guidelines, colors, and logos, there was an urgent need to establish a consistent design framework to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all DLL platforms.
The primary objective of the DLL On Demand UX/UI redesign was to unify the design language across all web and mobile platforms, ensuring:
Consistent branding by applying new colors, logos, and typography across all products.
Seamless user experience to improve usability and navigation between different applications.
Alignment with business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders and product teams.
Scalable design system that could support future enhancements efficiently.
As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, I worked alongside the UX Design Manager to contribute to the DLL On Demand redesign initiative. My role focused on enhancing the user experience and visual consistency across some of the DLL’s web portals and mobile applications while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

Inconsistent UI Across Platforms
of DLL
DLL’s multiple web portals and mobile applications had varying UI patterns, navigation styles, and branding elements, making it difficult to ensure a seamless experience.
Unifying the interface while preserving functionality and usability across different products was a complex task.
Applying New Brand Guidelines to Legacy Systems
Implementing the updated brand colors, logos, and typography required working around technical constraints in older systems.
Ensuring that the modern design approach blended well with existing workflows without disrupting user habits.
Balancing UX Enhancements with Business Goals
While focusing on improving usability and visual appeal, we had to ensure that the redesign aligned with business needs, compliance regulations, and stakeholder expectations.
Prioritizing user experience improvements while maintaining product functionality was a key challenge.
